Emerging Slim Tomboy

"Be slim, be beautiful" -- this notion has spread among woman like an epidemic. In order to make themselves look slimmer, thay have endured everything from long hours of workout at gyms to fasting and dieting for days, weeks, months ... may be even years. In the thirst of becoming slim, they first give up their most cherished foods like chat, sweets, cold drinks and God knows what not. I know one girl who did not eat rice and wheat as they contain starch and carbohydrate and unused carbohydrates get converted into FAT. Girls today prefer slim looks, with tight jeans and t-shirts. In their quest to prove themselves equal to boys in every respect, they are losing their own identity. Today's girl has relinquished all her favorite dishes, they keep on counting their calories all over the day and end up not as beautiful woman but deprived, starving and emaciated non-entities. Even poets have described the beauty of woman in their proses in terms of enticing curves and full bosoms. They are so much preoccupied with their weight that they even break relationship if her boyfriend inadvertently greets her with a quip insinuating that she is gaining weight. I do not know why are these girls so keen to acquire virility with tomboyish looks? I think they need to realise that a girl can take pride only in her effeminate charm. If the trend continues unchecked, the day is not far when a buxom beauty will become a thing of the past.
